We are Maddie & Peni, the creative and muscle behind Mitchie Made. I began creating home and event signage as a creative outlet during grad school, and in 2023, I designed my own wedding signage and fell in love with the wedding industry. While planning my own wedding, I struggled to find truly custom signage in Hawaii that felt intentional, design- driven, and elevated -- so I created what I couldn't find.

That frustration became the spark I needed to launch a luxury wedding signage studio for Hawai'i. We hope to take one task off your to-do list and give you custom, thoughtful signage for your special day.

We have a minimum investment of $2500 for semi-custom experiences and $4500 for custom suites.

This allows us to create cohesive, thoughtfully designed pieces that elevate your wedding as a whole—not just individual signs.

What is the process like & is it stressful?

Not at all, in fact it's fun! Our process is designed to feel seamless, organized, and fully supported from start to finish.  Within 48 hours of your inquiry, you’ll receive a personalized response and next steps so you always know exactly what to expect. From there, we guide you through a clear design process with transparent timelines, upfront pricing, and consistent communication.  Once your design is finalized, if you’re working with a full-service wedding planner, we’re happy to transition communication directly to your planner to ensure everything continues smoothly leading up to your wedding day.  Our goal is simple: to make the entire experience feel effortless, so you can stay focused on enjoying your engagement.

I’m not creative, how will I guide the design?

You don’t need to be creative at all!  That’s exactly what we’re here for.  Most of our couples start by sharing a few key pieces, such as:
their invitation suite
their wedding website
or they browse our Instagram &  Pinterest for inspiration

From there, we translate your overall aesthetic into a cohesive signage design that feels intentional and elevated.
You’re also welcome to share your own Pinterest boards. If you’re working with a full-service planner, we can collaborate directly with them to ensure your signage aligns beautifully with your overall wedding vision.
